  • 2 whole Large Onion Rings, Sliced Thick From A Large Onion
  • ½ cups Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt, Divided
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper, Divided
  • ½ cups Milk Or Buttermilk
  • ¾ cups Panko Crumbs
  • ¾ cups Olive Oil
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • Hot Sauce, To Serve

Ingredients:

  • 1 large head cauliflower (about 4 cups shredded)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 12 fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tomato, sliced into 12 rounds
  • 1/4 cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese

Ingredients
  • 1 package of wrappers (around 50) 
  • 1 middle size eggplants, peeled and cut into small cubes 
  • 1 garlic clove, mashed 
  • 1/2 cup chopped coriander 
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion 
  • 1/2 cup chopped shitake mushrooms 
  • 1 small bunch of mung bean noodles, 
  • soak in warm water for around 15 minutes and then cut into small sections 
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable cooking oil 
  • 1 teaspoon salt or more to taste 
  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce 
  • 1 teaspoon Chinese five spice powder 
  • 1 tablespoon warm water
