Banana Smoothie,Orange-Strawberry


Orange-Strawberry-Banana Smoothies are super easy to make. All you need is 100% Florida orange juice, lowfat vanilla yogurt, strawberries (I like frozen best), a banana, and ice. You can leave out the yogurt, but we like that it makes the smoothies more creamy and provides a little bit of protein.
Just pour the ice into your blender, add the remaining ingredients, and then blend until smooth. That’s it! {You can add more or less ice, depending on how thick you want your smoothie to be}

How To Make Lime-Fish Tacos

1 lb tilapia fillets (about 4)

Strawberry Sweets a New Way


Ingredients:
- 3 heart shaped pieces of challah bread (I used a giant cookie cutter)
- your favorite french toast batter (I used 2 eggs, 1/2 cup of milk, 1/4 tsp vanilla, and 1/4 tsp cinnamon)

How To Cook Potato Pancakes

Rib Roast with Garlic and Rosemary


















































































Prime rib roast hasn’t been a traditional dish at my family (or childhood) holiday table. But, after re-creating this recipe in my kitchen and discovering how simple it was to get wow-factor results, I’ll be pushing to start a new tradition. The garlic and rosemary rub was peppery and added exactly the right flavors to enhance this already delicious cut of beef. After following the cooking method that our chef recommends (and a little vigilance with an instant-read thermometer at the end), I got just the results I expected, as promised—a beautiful medium-rare. The accompanying whipped cream–horseradish sauce was airy and creamy and melted on the tongue with just a hint of heat—a tasty foil to the roast.
