Banana Smoothie,Orange-Strawberry


Orange-Strawberry-Banana Smoothies are super easy to make. All you need is 100% Florida orange juice, lowfat vanilla yogurt, strawberries (I like frozen best), a banana, and ice. You can leave out the yogurt, but we like that it makes the smoothies more creamy and provides a little bit of protein.
Just pour the ice into your blender, add the remaining ingredients, and then blend until smooth. That’s it! {You can add more or less ice, depending on how thick you want your smoothie to be}
Ingredients:

1/2 cup lowfat vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup 100% Florida orange juice
1 banana (cut in half or sliced)
1 1/2 cup frozen strawberries (or frozen mixed berries)
1/2 cup ice
Instructions:

First add the ice to the blender, then add the remaining ingredients.
Blend until smooth.
Serve immediately.
